Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after receiving your confirmation email.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days depending on the carrier and your location.
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Free Shipping
- We currently offer free shipping on orders over $100 within the United States.
- Free shipping will automatically apply at checkout once your order total qualifies.
Military Shipping (APO/FPO/DPO)
- We proudly ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses for service members stationed overseas.
- Please allow additional transit time, as delivery to military addresses can take longer than standard domestic shipping.
- Tracking updates may be limited once the package is en route through the military postal system.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping Issues & Delays
- No Straight Path® is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first contact the shipping carrier directly. If the issue persists, reach out to us at nostraightpath@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Incorrect Address Policy
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
