What is NSP’s return policy?

If you are not happy with your product, we will accept returns or exchanges for items that are in new condition, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 21 days from the receipt of the original order, with all original tags still attached. Please contact us by email for more information about our return and exchange policy.

*Please note that ANY items which are discontinued and/or no longer sold on the website (including out of stock items) CANNOT be returned for exchange or refund.*

What methods of payment do you accept?

We are currently accepting PayPal, Visa, Venmo, MasterCard, Apple Pay, American Express, and Discover.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders typically ship within two business days upon receipt during non-peak times or seasons. Once your order is shipped, please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be delivered. Upon shipping, you will be notified via email with a confirmation and tracking number for your order.

How can I become a sponsored athlete?
